Protective headgear is mandatory
for everyone 18 years and under mounted on a horse or carriage, and
for all participants in the marathon portion of a Combined Driving
Event. Coaches wear protective clothing - particularly helmets, gloves
and footwear both for personal safety and to set a good example. FEI Type Cones for Driving are available in Canada:
